We are a pet-friendly establishment.
There is a $50 non-refundable pet sanitation fee and a $10 fee per day.
Ages 0-2 are considered infants and are welcomed at our establishment free of charge.
Children/Adults are $20 per night with extra twin bed provided if the occupancy rate of the room is allowed. Rate doesn't include breakfast.
Reservation Policy
100% Deposit Upon Booking. Our reservation policy is pretty simple. At the time of booking, we charge (by sending separate invoice to your email) a 100% deposit of your booking reservation including taxes and surcharge for processing cards 4%.
This deposit is non-refundable and secures your room reservation.
If you want avoid surcharge 4% we accept alternative payments like Venmo app, Zele, Cash app, Paypal as to family and friends. Please contact us if you want use alternative payment methods.
19% Honduras Tax. Honduras has a 15% Sales Tax and a 4% Tourism Tax. These taxes will be applied to your invoice at final stage of your reservation prior payment.
Modification to Your Reservation. You are allowed, without penalty, to modify your reservation up to one time upon booking. If you cancel your booking, you will not receive a refund but as curtesy if you book accommodation on our website in case of medical emergency we can provide credit up to 12 month to use on full amount of your reservation from booking date. We care very greatly about our guests and will do all we can to accommodate you, but the quicker you can communicate with us, the better! Reservations cannot be modified with less than 72 hours notice. As these are our policy's, we will work with you in anyway we can but cannot take a room away from another guest. We work hard to please our guests to become returning customers!
Additional Charges for Guests Over Recommended Capacity. We try very hard to keep our room rates affordable and fit the needs of all of our guests. For that reason, we charge additional fees for additional guests that chose to exceed the recommended occupancy rate per room. Each room has a recommended occupancy rate based on what we feel is comfortable for our guests. However, some people do not mind extra people in their room and our rooms are certainly large enough that additional guests could fit, if that is what your party wishes. For this reason, if the number of your party exceeds the recommended occupancy rate, additional charges will apply. This is how this works: infants are always free (0-2 year olds). Children/Adults are $20 per night with extra twin bed provided. Breakfast isn't Included in this rate. Please note, that we may not have additional cots available, so if you wish to take advantage of this, you must call and reserve one.
Check In & Check Out. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am.
Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, in the lounge, or in the bar during breakfast hours. Smoking is permitted in the bar after breakfast hour and outdoors. If a guest litters cigarette buts on the ground, they will be charged $25 per infraction. Smoking in the room is penalized with a $250 charge.
Restaurant. The restaurant at Lands End is a separate entity. The room rates do not cover the expenses for a full-time restaurant. We reserve the right to change restaurant opening hours without notice.
